We’re committed to making your delivery smooth, on time, and hassle-free. Please review the following details to help ensure a successful delivery experience.
Placing an Order & Scheduling Delivery
During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date (must be at least 1 business day from the date of purchase) and select your preferred time window:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Please include any special delivery instructions (e.g., placement preferences, gate codes, site contact). Most importantly, make sure to provide a valid phone number so we can confirm your delivery.
Orders without a phone number may be delayed or not processed.
If you have custom requests or questions before placing an order, feel free to call or text us — we’re here to help.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, delivery information, and payment summary. This confirmation serves as your delivery reference. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything needs to be adjusted.
Delivery Site Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful delivery, please make sure:
• There is clear access to the delivery location
• Minimum clearance of 12 feet wide is available for our trucks
• The site is free of obstruction (e.g., parked vehicles, overhead branches)
• Ground conditions are suitable for heavy trucks
• If the delivery site is not accessible, we will unload materials as close to the desired area as safely possible.
• If delivery is not possible due to access issues, a missed delivery fee may apply.

SeattleGravel.com proudly delivers to a wide service area—from Tacoma to Everett, and Seattle to North Bend. Enter your zip code on Order Form to check if we service your area. Or contact us. Delivery time slots may vary depending on your location, order volume, and material type.
Delivery Timing & Delays
We do our best to deliver within your selected time window. However, delays may occur due to:
• Traffic or weather conditions
• Material availability
• Supplier or transportation delays
If any delays happen, we’ll keep you updated promptly and work with you to reschedule as needed.
