No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of bulk landscaping materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the material has been delivered. Please double-check your order and project needs before placing an order. If you have questions before ordering, our team is always here to help.
Our Quality Commitment
Although we do not accept returns, your satisfaction matters. If there is an issue with your
delivery—such as a material concern or incorrect order—we ask that you:
• Inspect the delivery immediately upon arrival
• Report any concerns within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos to help us quickly assess the issue
• Reach out via phone, text, or email so we can review and respond promptly
Every concern is handled individually by our team, and while refunds are not offered, we’ll work
hard to resolve any genuine quality or order-related issues.
What Our Quality Policy Covers
We stand behind the accuracy and consistency of our materials. Our team will review concerns
related to:
• Material not matching your confirmed order
• Obvious material quality issues at time of delivery
• Incorrect delivery address or location due to our error
Please note: natural variations in color, texture, or composition are expected and within normal industry standards.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:
• Delivery access limitations or unsafe site conditions
• Incorrect material ordered by the customer
• Changes in material appearance after delivery (e.g., due to weather, exposure, compaction)
• Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery
• Lack of documentation or photos showing the issue

To help ensure a smooth and accurate delivery:
• Provide clear access and delivery instructions
• Ensure the site is ready and someone is available during the delivery window
• Verify all order details before finalizing your purchase
Property Access Disclaimer

However, customers are responsible for ensuring their property can safely accommodate heavy delivery vehicles, including proper access, turning space, ground conditions, and overhead clearance. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property resulting from delivery access.
